Tool Making

The 3D CAD data from the construction department are used to manufacture sample tools, thermoforming tools for series production, and sealing tools and machine parts for our heat-sealing machines.
State-of-the-art processing centres are capable of milling the most complex of moulds, and work at high speeds to produce the finest finishes. Air holes are manually produced in the finish, and surfaces are glass-bead blasted and edges polished. The moulds are thoroughly cleaned before setup. Each sealing tool is coated with a scratchproof, non-adhesive substance, and then tested.
In our machine setup area our heat-sealing machines, punching machines and other special machines are assembled and tested.
