Toolmaking

Based on the 3D CAD data from our design department, we manufacture custom-fit sample, thermoforming and sealing tools directly in our own toolmaking facility. We focus on precision, efficiency and the highest manufacturing standards. Our sealing tools are created with great care and are refined and tested in several steps. The result is durable and precise tools that ensure a consistently clean and reliable seal in your production. Each production step is clearly defined and carefully documented. This ensures that every tool meets the highest quality requirements.

Design

Precision begins with design

Our tools are created on the basis of well-thought-out CAD designs that are optimally tailored to the product, material and production process.

In close cooperation with the development department, we plan and design deep-drawing, punching and sealing tools for the most demanding requirements. We rely on modern 3D CAD systems, many years of experience and a deep understanding of technical processes.

Thanks to our internal processes, insights from prototyping and series production flow directly into the design – for reliable, durable and efficient tools.

Mould making

Perfection from mould to finish

State-of-the-art 3D machining centres mill the most complex moulds at high speeds to achieve the most beautiful surfaces. In the finishing stage, the air holes are drilled manually, the surfaces are glass bead blasted and the edges are polished. The moulds are thoroughly cleaned before assembly. Each sealing tool is coated with a scratch-resistant, non-stick surface coating and then tested.
