This is the standard model of the MEDIPACKER family, and is available in three sizes, with a sealing area ranging from 350 x 350 mm to 700 x 350 mm. These models are complemented by a variety of interesting options, such as an automatic drawer drive, for example.

The Medipacker TS 5035 S makes packaging even easier: a single press of a button is all it takes, and the sealing process runs automatically. The user retains flexibility and can focus on other tasks, whilst the light curtain and safety-monitored service flap ensure the highest level of safety. The modern 7-inch touchscreen and the optionally available trolley with integrated sealing tool storage offer additional ease of use and maximum flexibility.

The MEDIPACKER GTS is ideal for sealing pre-formed blisters and pouches in a protective gas atmosphere. Thanks to its compact vacuum chamber, gas consumption is reduced to a minimum, whilst the well-designed tooling concept enables quick tool changes without the need for electrical or pneumatic connections. The MEDIPACKER TS F complements the system by enabling sealing lids to be processed directly from a roll, thereby eliminating the need for manual loading. Optionally, the TS F can be fitted with a printer to print batch-specific information onto the sealing lids, making subsequent labelling unnecessary.
