Autonomous, efficient and space-saving - with our ZSM 40AL automatic punching machine, you can separate pre-sealed blister sheets (MRP- system) with high output. It also requires very little space.

Machine operation
The ZSM AL punching machine can be operated by one person. With the trolleys and buffer storage, it can be operated autonomously for between 10 and 30 minutes and can be used with or without trolleys.

Automation options
Our punching machine can also be operated without a robot. Automation is possible depending on requirements and agreement. Our solution is flexible and adapts to the individual requirements of your production process.

• Prefabricated inner and outer blisters are fed from the plant's blister magazine / blister destacker. The blister magazine can be filled while the machine is in operation.
