In order to fulfil the constantly increasing requirements in terms of purity, production conditions and traceability for the raw material, we have started producing PETG film.
By deliberately specialising in PETG material, product quality is massively improved as there are no foreign particles in the system.
The "line clearance" is thus fully complied with. The most important elements of the extrusion process are automated, so that even small production quantities can be produced in outstanding quality and within the tightest tolerances. To protect the film web from contamination, the process takes place under controlled conditions in a clean room cabin.
